  • Min of 12 children, Max of 30 Children.

  • Max reserved seating up to 12 adults

  • Max 1 adult per guest child. Any additional will be charged at £1

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required upon booking. If booked within one week of party date, 100% is payable upon booking.

  • Final numbers, final balance and any dietary are due at least five days before your party date, after five days you will inquire a 20% late payment fee charge.

  • Please call or email if there are any changes to your original booking before five days.

  • Extra guests can be added after the five days but please call as soon as possible to inform us to avoid disruption on the day. Extras will be changed at standard plus 20% charge.

  • Please ask guest parents to pre-book any siblings they will bring along as our capacity may not allow them to pay on the door.

  • You must provide the cake and candles.

  • 1 adult per 5 children must remain on site.

  • Once final payment is made, we are unable to refund for any no shows.

  • We offer a no refund policy.

  • In cases of an emergency, we may be able to reschedule your party if we are given sufficient notice.

  • A maximum of 4 adults are allowed in the party room at anyone time to allow space for children.

  • Please inform us of any allergies prior to party to ensure we can cater for them. Please also confirm on the day. Please make us aware of any medical conditions.

  • Our parties are structured and must run to our structure to ensure children have the best party.

  • Please do not turn up early as your party room and area may not be ready, and you may have to wait at reception.

  • Once your party has finished you must vacate to ensure we can reset for the next.

  • Please familiarise yourself with our rules of play and ensure guests are aware of them.
