Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Thank you for choosing Jungle Fun! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review the following Terms & Conditions.

General:

  • All admissions, bookings, and purchases at Jungle Fun Liverpool are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  •  Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. During busy periods, seating and table availability may be limited. Jungle Fun cannot guarantee the availability of a table or specific seating for all guests.
  • All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while inside the play centre.
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted. Only food and drinks purchased within our centre may be consumed.
  • For safety and security reasons, external mascot or character entertainers are not allowed unless prior written approval has been granted by our management.
  • Any damage caused to our equipment or facilities by guests—whether accidental or intentional—must be compensated for by the responsible party.

Party Booking & Payment

  • Minimum of 12 children and a maximum of 30 children per party booking.
  • Maximum reserved seating for up to 12 adults.
  • One adult per guest child is permitted. Any additional adults will be charged at £2 per person.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. If the party is booked within one week of the party date, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Final numbers, final balance, and any dietary requirements must be confirmed at least five days before your party date. Any payments made after this period will incur a 20% late payment fee.
  • Please call or email us if there are any changes to your original booking before the five-day deadline.
  • Extra guests can be added after the five-day deadline, but please inform us as soon as possible to avoid disruption. Additional guests will be charged at standard rates plus a 20% surcharge.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows once the final payment has been made.
  • In case of an emergency, we may be able to reschedule your party, provided we receive sufficient notice.

Guest & Venue Rules

  • All guest parents must pre-book any siblings they wish to bring along, as our capacity may not allow for on-the-door payments.
  • At least one adult per five children must remain on-site during the party.
  • A maximum of four adults are allowed in the party room at any one time to ensure adequate space for children.
  • Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your party. We also ask that you reconfirm on the day to ensure we can cater accordingly.
  • Our parties are structured and must follow our schedule to ensure children have the best experience.
  • Please do not arrive early, as your party room and area may not be ready, and you may be required to wait at reception.
  • Once your party has finished, you must vacate the area promptly so we can prepare for the next event.

Cake & Outside Food Policy

  • Customers may not bring their own cakes, decorations, or party supplies to hold celebrations without prior arrangement and booking through Jungle Fun
  • If you wish to celebrate a birthday or special occasion at our facility, you must book a party package in advance.
  • Any groups found hosting unauthorised parties (including bringing cakes or decorations) may be required to book a party package on the spot (subject to availability) or leave the premises.
  • You must provide your own cake and candles for booked parties.
